Vote Reward System

Please fix the vote reward system. All the time i vote in the web site but is completely bugged. I dont have one single point for voting like 2 days in a roll.

We've checked and the vote system works.

i cant seem to get any vote reward, this is my error
"You must play the game to unlock the voting system. [1]"
but im already ingame when i try to vote, what have i been doing wrong?
