Type B Designs

In retail these Type B designs would drop off normal mobs in T1/T2/T3 gelk/ing. I have checked the drop rates of most of the mobs I could find in Gelk and none of them drop it. The only mobs that drop these designs are large HP pool elites and the drop rate is .001% or .002%. Even with vip and triple drop we would need to kill 10's of thousands of mobs to get the design.

Please add these items to the loot tables somewhere, hopefully just normal mobs at a semi low rate(1%?) so they are accessible to players.
