Level 25 Quest - Flight Test

I am still having issues with competing the Flight Test Quest...it will not allow me to start the timer...I click on the quest and nothing happens...please is this a glitch?

I cannot enter the Abyss due to the Fight Test bug...please help or give me instructions...thank you.

I guess this has still not been fixed. I can't finish the quest on my SM.

Use .questrestart command to restart it
