Client Crashing when opening Housing Auction Screen

Since I purchased my second house, every time I try to go to the Auction window the client crashes with the error in the following picture. This has occurred at least 7 times in the past 2 days. This means I am unable to put my first house up for sale or move into the newly purchased house.
I never experienced any crashing like this before purchasing of the second house.
