Rifts/guards Empty Rifts/guards

Eltnen/Morheim/Heiron/Beluslan should have guards spawn for AP farming and mithrils like Gelkmaros/Inggison (this need to be checked). Also, rifts on these maps need to be adjusted for max level 60.
