[Service/Weekly/Alliance] Strikeback Empty [Service/Weekly/Alliance] Strikeback

Quest does not update when you kill one of its targets (Commander Roshikim, Commander Nashadar, Commander Jakarjun). We killed Nashadar and quest did not complete.
