Game crashes when start. Error code 1024

Game crashed everytime when  click PLAY button and NCSOFT appears.
Error information shows: Aion[1024]  Failed to initialize the game.
I don't know which step is wrong. I'm sure I install client follow the right step from Aion Epic Official Website.
The Launcher program interface shows "STATUS: Client Raedy" and "Server Online". I think network connection is Ok.
Does anyone have the same problem as me?  How to solve it?
