Black Cloud? Toll?

I am trying to buy a mount i see the toll is down to donate? Do you know when it will be fixed. Really in need of a mount- Tawdry

Seems to have been down for some time now. I've been trying to purchase tolls for over a week, and it keeps failing. Don't know if the server admins are still monitoring anything.
