Cannot kisk in forts

There are several well known kisk spots inside fortresses. In the abyss kisking in the artifact room is expected but not allowed here. In Gelk/Ing you should be able to kisk on the right side of the fort if you were entering it behind the teleport tower, both on top of the roof there and at the bottom.
