Large Multiple Fire Cannon Empty Large Multiple Fire Cannon

This cannon is bought in Sanctum legion npc where you buy legion kisk. It does not do anything, you summoned and does not attack. I tested it twice yesterday and does not work. Is it possible for this device to work on this patch?
