Spiritmaster's blessing of fire

The skill blessing of fire  (https://aion.fandom.com/wiki/Blessing_of_Fire_V) its only working on initial dot application for sm skills and not on every tick as supposed to be. Skill mechanic is similar to godstones where every dot tic can proc.

EDIT: its also not working for summon cyclone servant it doesnt proc, not even once for the 4 hits it does (should proc 4x) and for the summon fire, stone, water or wind energy (also proccing not even once)

Godstones don't proc on each dot tick, only in the first one applied. This is a relevant thing.
