- Quest EXP rates have been raised:
Regular Quest Exp Rate: 4x
Premium Quest Exp Rate: 6x
VIP Quest Exp Rate: 8x

- Grand Chieftain Saendukal Drop fix
- Dredgion have been disabled only for TODAY so we can run more tests and try to avoid the lagging. Tomorrow the Dredgion will be reactivated with many new fixes
