Buying a house while owning another doesn't transfer

Bought a palace 2 weeks ago (or more) and I haven't received it.

No. 1 Glory's Light Village, Aurora Estate, Pernon appears as unowned. I spent 1b and received the successful purchase mail when the bidding was over, however it was never transferred.

Bumping to notify that even though I got my new home all the previous items appear as "ghosts". I cannot recover them and they appear as used.

Still got these phantom decorations.
