Lvl 55 gear for Asmos

i got 55 yesterday and i wanted to ask, ist the asmo incentive still active, cause i didn't get
the gear. or do i have to ask a special npc?
i'm new on the server and this is my 1rst 55 char, so i don't know what's the situation atm.
