unable to launch the game

I download the Aion epic launcher and extract it into the aion folder but when i click on the launch it says ''move the launcher to the aion epic folder'' but it is already in it. Please help i dont know what to do, and the other download does not work too.

I don't know if it's the same, the following happened to me.
The game comes in 3 parts of ".rar" files. I would normally unzip the first one and all the others would be unzipped together with it, but I didn't think I had to unzip the 3 files separately and then copy all the contents in the folder. AION
and that's why I got that same message. XD
