Essencetapper's Test - Two issues with corresponding quest items

Small bug, but still a bug.

1. While on the [Expert] Essencetapper's Test quest, the Blood Ruby, Azure Sapphire, and Starry Diamond item tooltips say Only one can be carried (of each, of course). But I was able to carry multiples of each colors red, white and blue as seen in my bag screenshot.

2. Those items also are not able to be stored in the Special Cube, as do other Quest Collection Items like Ancient Money, Contaminated Agrint Branch, and Shattered Or, for examples. This takes up precious inventory cube space when out farming.
