Cannot connect to Authentication Server Empty Cannot connect to Authentication Server

I just downloaded Aion Epic and followed the setup instructions.

I am able to launch the game, but when i try to login it says " cannot connect to authentication server".

Am i doing something wrong? Or are the servers down?
