Can not connect to Authorization Server

I keep getting an error when I attempt to log in. It will throw the error "Cannot connect to authorization server". I disabled all virus scanners just in case, I also tried a re-install but neither have fixed this issue, please help.

No feedback in 14 days on this issue? Is the project abandoned or whats the deal? Would love to try it out but seems like its a bit of a ghost town around here.
