Game crashes before Ncsoft logo

I downloaded the game for first time a few days ago and i haven't been able to play. The game closes down immediately before the ncsoft logo comes out and it doesn't say any error messages or anything. At first i was told it might have been that my antivirus deleted some files when i downloaded so i turned off all my antivirus and firewall and re-downloaded the game but it is still doing the same thing. So today i took and external hardrive to my friends house to copy his folder on to that to see if it was indeed an issue when i was downloading it but it does the same thing. Something is causing it to close down but i have my antivirus and firewall stuff all off still. Any help would be greatly appreciated
