Chanter Mantras, Block/MR and Gain Mana bugs

- Block is not affected by Critical Attacks
- Magic Resist doesn't Resist Godstones or physical debuffs
- If any 3 Mantras are active and you try to activate another, without deactivating one first, the mantras stick to the chanter and cannot be removed unless you re-log
- Gain Mana for Sorcerers, sometimes bugs out the sorcerer so they cannot move until they re-log
